Policies

Please expect delays with domestic and international deliveries/orders during this time, particularly European countries such as France, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Germany. Due to Brexit related issues, delays can be expected within all countries. These delays can/will also effect pre-order manufacturing timeframes. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Do not worry if your order has not arrived within the time frames below, however, we do strongly advise checking out with the tracked shipping option to ensure safe delivery. There are many delays within the UK currently with manufacturing and printing companies are all under pressure and facing delays. If you have any questions about any of these aspects please do not hesitate to contact us and we will happily answer any questions or queries. Thank you for your patience.

 

Shipping​​

We ship worldwide. All UK orders are posted on a tracked 48hr service. There is a tracked shipping option available upon checkout for international orders along with an untracked shipping option - at customers requests to avoid high shipping costs. Domestic and international orders can be tracked here. Shipping rates are based upon quantity, weight and destination. Insurance and pickup are included in all shipping fees. Once international tracked orders leave the UK, they are dealt with by whichever state, province, or city that handles the mail. Any issues please contact your local courier/postal service. We are unable to determine or locate the whereabouts of international orders that have been purchased without the tracking option.

 

Please allow 2-3 business days for UK deliveries and 7-21 business days for international deliveries (pre-orders excluded). All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-5 business days from the original purchase date and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within the time frames above - please be patient and do not worry. Any enquiries about your order please contact us here with your order number and not through social media accounts. Please allow extra time for fulfilment for purchases made on new release days.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs delays or clearance times, these are beyond our control. Please also note that we are not responsible for lost/stolen goods, postal errors or buyers providing incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you do not contact us through email or our contact page (not through social media accounts) within 40 days of your purchase, we cannot do anything about lost, damaged or stolen orders.​ 

 

All postage prices are subject to change should there be any increases within Royal Mail, UPS and any global postal increases.

 

Pre-orders

On occasion when there is a pre-order product due to demand, please allow an extra 12-16 weeks for the fulfilment/delivery period (this can change depending on quantities/demand). We aim to fulfil pre-orders as promptly as possible but as it is

highlighted above - manufacturers, printers are all facing delays currently. You will be notified by email once your order is ready and another when it has been shipped. Please do not contact us beforehand regarding an order update, your order is secure and once your item has been manufactured you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange (product must be unworn and unwashed) only for damaged or incorrect items sent through our error. Please ensure you check your order, address and size carefully before the final checkout point. We are not responsible if your order is returned/lost due to an incorrect address entered during checkout. The buyer is responsible for covering any return costs due to any incorrect address details given. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect address entered. We do not exchange or accept returns for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, whether it for themselves or purchased on behalf of someone. If you are unsure of your size, please do not purchase two different sizes as we will not refund the size you want to return. Damaged garments in customers hands, we will not replace, refund or exchange. Please wash with care. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days, this will also depend on your bank/payment method. Please contact your bank once the refund has been issued for further information.
