Policies

Please expect delays with USA orders and in some cases Canada due to significant tariff changes made by the USA. Due to Brexit related issues, delays can be expected within all European countries such as France, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Germany. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Do not worry if your order has not arrived/been fulfilled within the time frames mentioned below. Please allow extra time to receive shipping confirmation/tracking emails with all international orders during this time. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

 

Shipping​​

Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping rates are based upon weight and destination. Domestic and international orders are sent tracked.

Please ensure that you checkout with your correct and complete delivery address. If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and not through social media accounts. We are not responsible for postal errors due to buyers providing incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, we will contact the buyer one time only requesting a correct address. We will hold your order for 30 days thereafter. It is then up to the buyer to contact us. Refunds will not be issued if the correct details are not provided to us within the 30 days. If you have provided an incorrect email address, we are unable to contact you - the 30 day policy still applies in this case.

All postage prices are subject to change should there be any increases within Royal Mail, UPS and any global postal increases.

We do not use combined shipping methods.

Due to the high volume of orders during new release weeks, please allow extra time for fulfilment.

Shipping: Domestic

Domestic orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-5 business days from the original purchase date. Domestic orders are posted on a 48hr flat rate tracked service. Please allow 1-2 business days for domestic deliveries (pre-orders excluded) once your order has been fulfilled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched and processed accordingly by the postal services.

 

Please visit the Royal Mail website for all updates on delivery status. Royal Mail delivery procedures/routes are out of our hands. We cannot provide any further information other than what is available via your tracking number/Royal Mail website. Once a 'proof of delivery' has been provided by Royal Mail we are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders left in letterboxes or doorsteps. Please contact Royal Mail for any queries as they will ask for details about the property that we cannot provide. If you have a safe place or a neighbour to accept any orders if you are not present, please provide these details in the 'note' section at the checkout.

Shipping: International

International orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-5 business days from the original purchase date. Please allow 7-21 business days for international deliveries (pre-orders excluded) once your order has been fulfilled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched and processed accordingly by the postal services.

Please note, international timeframes above do not apply for USA orders currently (see top paragraph in red).

 

Once international orders leave the UK, they are dealt with by whichever state, province or city that handles the mail. We are not responsible for any customs delays, clearance times or import duties/taxes, these are beyond our control. Any issues please contact your local courier/postal service.

If your order has not arrived within the domestic or international timeframes mentioned above, please be patient and do not worry. Delays can and are occurring. Any enquiries about your order please contact us through our Contact page and not through social media accounts

 

Pre-orders/Restocks

Any restocks will sold be on a pre-order basis only (unless specified otherwise).

 

Manufacturing, production, fulfilment, delivery periods and times will be emailed to customers. The first email you will receive will be a confirmation order. The second email will be from us providing all of your pre-order information. The third email will be making customers aware that production has completed and the fourth email will be your shipping confirmation/tracking. Please do not contact us beforehand regarding an order update, it is a pre-order. Meaning - once manufactured and production has completed, you will be notified and receive your shipping confirmation/tracking accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange (product must be unworn and unwashed) only for damaged or incorrect items sent through our error only. Please ensure you check your order, address and size carefully before the final checkout point.

If you do not advise us of an order which has not been received/lost within 60 days of your purchase, we cannot refund or issue a replacement.

If an item has been purchased at full price and shortly after that item goes on sale, we are unable to refund at the original purchase price/order. Please do not purchase the item again at sale price as your original order will not be refunded.

 

We are not responsible if your order is returned/lost due to an incorrect address entered by the buyer during checkout. The buyer is responsible for covering any return costs due to any incorrect address details given. Refunds will not be issued due to buyers providing incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses (as stated above under 'Shipping'). Please check your address carefully before checking out.

 

We do not exchange or accept returns for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, whether it for themselves or purchased on behalf of someone. If you are unsure of your size, please see the size guide above before purchasing or contact us through our Contact page and we will happily assist and advise on any sizing queries. Please do not purchase two different sizes as we will not refund the size you want to return. Damaged garments in customers hands - we will not replace, refund or exchange. Please wash and handle with care.

Refunds will appear in your bank account within 5-14 working days - this will depend on your country and bank/payment method. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Please contact your bank once the refund has been issued by ourselves for further information/updates.
