FAQ 

Please expect delays with domestic, international and European deliveries/orders during this time, particularly European countries such as France, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Germany. Due to Brexit related issues, delays can be expected within all countries. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Do not worry if your order has not arrived within the time frames below, however, we do strongly advise checking out with the tracked shipping option to ensure safe delivery.

 

Shipping​​

Worldwide shipping is available. There is a tracking option available upon checkout for both UK and international orders, and you can track and trace your item here. There is also an un-tracked shipping service to avoid high shipping costs. Shipping rates are based upon quantity, weight and destination. Insurance and pickup are included in all shipping fees. Once internationally tracked items leave the UK, they are dealt with by whichever state, province, city that handles the mail. Any issues please contact your local courier/postal service. 

 

Please allow 3-7 business days for UK deliveries, and 7-21 business days for all international deliveries. All orders are processed, fulfilled and shipped within 5-7 business days from the original purchase date and you will be notified by email once your item has been dispatched. If your item/s have not arrived within the time frames above, please be patient and only then contact us regarding your order here and not through social media platforms. Any queries left in comments or inboxes through social media platforms will not be responded to. Please do not email and enquire where your item/s whereabouts are if you have not checked out with the tracking option, as without a tracking number we are unable to determine this. 

 

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs delays or clearance times, these are beyond our control. Please also note that we are not responsible for lost/stolen goods, postal errors or buyers providing incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you do not contact us through email or our contact page (not through social media) within 40 days of your purchase, we cannot do anything about lost, damaged or stolen goods.

All postage prices are subject to change should there be any increases within Royal Mail, UPS and any global postal increases.

Pre-orders

On occasion when there is a pre-order product due to demand, please allow an extra 1-3 weeks for the fulfilment/delivery period (this can vary depending on sales quantities), you will be notified by email once your order has been shipped. The duration of the pre-order will be advised here. If the pre-order item on the product page is sold out, that means that the pre-order has ended and that the product is no longer in stock or available to purchase. Any and all restocks will be announced here.

Payment

We accept all valid debit and credit cards. We do not use or accept PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange (product must be unworn and unwashed) only for damaged or incorrect items sent through our error, so please check your order, address and size carefully before the final checkout point. We do not exchange sizes for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. So again, please check and know your correct size before ordering.
